We traveled to Eilat from Jerusalem, waking up early at the Bedouin tents. Many of us woke up at sunrise to do tefillin and shachrit. We ate breakfast with the beduim and packed up the bus to leave. Along the wat, we stopped to repel down a mountain and buy snacks. After some more driving, we visited Ben gurion’s grave and learned about his dream to make the desert bloom. We continued driving and took a break at the chocolate milk fountain, buying choco besakit and ice cream. Unfortunately, our bus window shattered outside the store and we worked together to transfer our luggage. Soon, we reached Eilat and showered, preparing to explore the boardwalk. The boardwalk was beautiful and we had burgers for dinner. Back at our hotel, we went to sleep early, in preparation for the 4:00 a.m. wake up for the hike the next morning!
