A loss of a sense is something kind of crazy to think about. It’s something most of us take for granted to be able to taste pizza or smell freshly baked cookies. Today we started off the day by visiting a blind museum where we experienced a loss of sight. It was an insane experience and kind of eye opening. After that we visited a bullet factory which also happened to be where the Israeli scouts built these insanely cool structure in less than 3 days. We got to meet a lot of the scouts and dance with them which was really fun. After that we went inside the bullet factory and learned the story of those who risked their lives in order to support the Israeli soldiers from behind the scenes. We saw the machines they used and how hard they tried and succeed to keep that factory a secret. Then we went back to school and ate candy while we did a pretty cool activity where we saw the shape of Israel in different art designs and discussed what we thought it meant. To conclude the day we did a lip sync battle where we saw Ori’s amazing dance moves and Rabbi Greene dance to “All the Single Ladies.”
